Getting Settled

Kate at her first book club.
Our first walk: Wrigley was so happy to get out!
A night out with the Girls/Moms...
I guess Mike joined the party later, so it wasn't exactly a girls' night.
Our brother-in-law had this sign in our yard when we came home from the hospital.
Uncle Douggie...A.K.A. The Godfather.
We were so thrilled he made a special trip home to meet our precious Kate.

Katherine meets Grandpa and Grandma

Four Generations: Grandma Passmore, Kate, Mom and Great-Grandma Wane.
Great-Grandpa Tinkham
Grandpa Shearer (A.K.A. Shea-Daddy)
Grandma and Grandpa Shearer were able to stay with us for a few days from Ohio.
We are so happy Grandma Shearer could stay with us for a few weeks.

Friends closer to my size

Jackson Seger, nearly 11 months.
Meyer Feinstein was born 3 weeks before Kate on Father's Day.
Jack Hawkins, Kate and Colin Hawkins. Colin was also born on Father's Day.
Enjoying the afternoon with Stella Neal and Will Freeland.
Alivia Ahern was born 2 days before Katherine.
McKenna Miller, 3 years-old, was wonderful with Kate.
McKenna's birthday is the day after Kate's birthday.

Meet My Friends

With my great-grandma...also who I got my middle name from!
Posing with Dr. Gage...
I'm screaming because I promised my dad I am not going to date boys. Sorry, J.D.
Sandwiched between Maggie and Nora Codr!
My big cousin Addison taking care of me...

Kate's first week

Wrigley protecting Kate.
Hanging out at home.

The first bath was quite eventful.
Kate decided to go to the bathroom 5 times during her first bath.
Two of the five times she went to the bathroom on Mom.

Leaving the hospital

Mike and Addison welcoming home Kate!

Bundled up to go home on July 17th.
It is hard to believe the high temperature for the day was 76 degrees.
Dad picked out this outfit for Katherine as a Mother's Day gift.

Mom and Kate all ready to leave Methodist Hospital.
